Editorial Policy

See how DevDepth chooses topics, reviews technical content, and handles corrections and updates.

Topic selection

Articles should be published only when they answer a real frontend engineering question or strengthen a defined topic cluster such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, browser APIs, performance, deployment, or frontend architecture. DevDepth avoids placeholder pages, generic trend posts, and duplicate keyword variations created only to inflate page count.

Review standards

Each article should be reviewed for technical accuracy, code clarity, metadata quality, and internal-link fit before it goes live.

Before publication, each page should have a specific title, a useful description, clear headings, working internal links, original code or implementation detail, and enough substance to stand on its own for developers who arrive from search.

Corrections and updates

Important evergreen guides should be reviewed and refreshed when frameworks, browser behavior, deployment workflows, or best practices change meaningfully.

If a factual error is found, the page should be corrected promptly. Major changes to framework behavior, browser support, deployment steps, or performance advice should trigger a meaningful review and update date.
